How to Connect

Whether you’re connecting with your favorite smartphone device or laptop, getting Internet access is easy with iPass. But even the savviest mobile iPass users could use an additional tip or two from time to time.

Quick steps for connecting to a hotspot:
      (When auto-connect is not available.)

1. Go to a location with Wi-Fi access.
2. Make sure Wi-Fi is active on your laptop or smartphone device.
3. Launch the iPass client.
4. The iPass client will display your available wireless networks. Select the one you wish to connect with.
5. Enter your ID and password when prompted and click Connect/OK.
6. On your laptop, the iPass icon in your system tray will animate once you are connected to the network.
