Through the iPass Open Mobile Portal, you can perform the entire array of service lifecycle functions – order, configure, deploy, update, maintain, and decommission services to your users, as well as perform management functions such as managing trouble tickets and viewing invoices. Advanced reporting and analytics are delivered through the Portal as part of the iPass Mobile Insight service as well as policy management capabilities as part of iPass Mobile Control.

The iPass Open Mobile Portal is the web-based administrative interface for iPass Enterprise Mobility Services. It provides the ability to manage mobility services across the organization and comes with extensive role-based access controls that allow you to delegate functions as needed and easily manage separate internal business units while getting a consolidated cross-corporate view for yourself.

From the Open Mobile Portal, you can:

  • Configure iPass Open Mobile Client profiles and distribute to your organization for Windows, Macintosh, Android, and iOS devices
  • Determine the mobility connectivity options for your employees, leveraging the iPass Mobile Network or your own mobility networks
  • Implement iPass Mobile Control cost control and security policies
  • View iPass Mobile Insight reports on mobility usage across your organization
  • View iPass Open Mobile “Administrator Guides” and “Release Notes”
  • Keep tabs on any trouble-tickets you’ve submitted
